TERMS OF ART DECO L.A. AUCTION
1. All items in this auction are sold as is where is under the U.C.C. of the United States of America. At the fall of the gavel the title will pass form seller to buyer.

3. No guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied for any item in this auction. There are plenty of items to buy in this world. If you are unsure about an item do not bid on it.  You have the right to inspect any item in this auction and preview times have been advertised. You may request a condition report and measurements on any lot in this auction by addressing an email to our office the Week of the auction to kimballsterling@earthlink.net.

4. All lots are subject to a 15% buyer's premium for in-house buyers ,absentee and phone bidders . Cash or check only from these bidders .
in-house bidders must have a bank letter of credit addressed to Art Deco L.A. for a check to be accepted if not known by us.

5. Online bidders are subject to a 20% buyers premium  . Credit cards are accepted from internet bidders only through Paypal. All sizes are approximate.

6. This auction is conducted by Art Deco L.A. with Kimball M Sterling auctioneer. In case of a tie bid the auctioneer has the exclusive right to sell the lot as per his Discretion . Payment .must be received in seven days.

7. California sales tax laws will be observed for this auction.

8.A 100.00 registration fee will be charged to in-house bidders but will be applied to purchase price otherwise not refunded.

9. Art Deco L.A. has a no children policy at this auction. We reserve the right to refuse to admit any person who has not passed the requirements for this auction.

10. Location pickup will be available for the five days following the auction from 8:00 am til 4:00 pm.  A fee will be charges if items are not picked up within that window unless special arrangements have been made with Art Deco L.A.

11. You accept the terms of this auction by registering for a bidder number.
Announcements day of sale take precedence over pre-sale advertising.
