Participating and or bidding in this auction means that you acknowledge that you (Buyer) are in complete agreement with all Terms and Conditions of this auction sale as described herein. The following Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute Mueller & Yammine, Inc. full and complete agreement with the Buyer relative to the property listed in this auction. All contents of this auction can be amended exclusively by Mueller & Yammine, Inc. either by the posting of notices or by oral announcements made during the sale. The property will be offered by Mueller & Yammine, Inc. unless it is indicated otherwise. As a prerequisite to participating in this auction, you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions including but not limited to the following:

Pay Pal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Personal Checks, Money Order. If paid by personal check, we will ship after the check has cleared.  No property will be released until payment in full is made on the items.

BUYER'S PREMIUM 
The Buyer's premium is a service fee normally charged in live auctions. Winning buyers must pay an additional amount to the seller based on their bids. Buyer’s premium for all Internet bidders is 15% and it will be added to the successful bid price to be paid by the buyer immediately upon settlement of the buyer's invoice and is considered part of the purchase price. INVOICES WILL BE SENT TO WINNING BUYERS ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE AUCTION.

SALES TAX
Unless exempted by law, the Buyer is required to pay Florida State Sales Tax of 7% (if located within Florida) and any compensating use tax of another state, and/or any federal luxury or other tax, on the total purchase price including the Buyer's premium.

SHIPPING
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for shipping after payment in full is made.   All shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise negotiated with the Seller. All items will be shipped insured. No items will be released until payment in full is made on the items. If paid by personal check, we will ship after the check has cleared.  . Items will only be shipped to billing address appearing on your Credit Card Statement.  Item will be shipped to a CONFIRMED Paypal address only if using Paypal as a payment method.  Actual shipping cost will be calculated at the end of auction depending on final price.  Within US:  USPS/ground starting $3.00 FOR INVOICES OF $20 OR LESS, $6 FOR GREATER TOTALS. Shipping method: Within US: UPS or FedEx / 2nd Day Air or USPS/insured mail-Per request.  
IN THE GIVEN CASE THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER THE ITEM WON, WHATEVER THE CAUSE, WE WILL DO ONE OF TWO THINGS, OR REPLACE IT FOR A SIMILAR PRODUCT OF HIGHER VALUE, OR WE WILL CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THE AMOUNT OF YOUR WINNING BID, WHATERVER YOUR PREFERENCE.

SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINT OR COMENTARY REGARDING THE MERCHANDISE RECEIVED OR THE SERVICE PROVIDED, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONTACT US DIRECTLY INMEDIATELY SO WE CAN WORK OUT A SATISFACTORY SOLUTION FOR YOU WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM OR AGRAVIATION.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS
Mueller & Yammine, Inc must receive payment within 7 days of the end of auction. If payment is not received within the 7 days, you will be in default and your right to the item(s) will automatically be forfeited. Mueller & Yammine, Inc. will then file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert to eBay.  Bidding on eBay is a binding contract and not honoring will result in you being suspended indefinitely from eBay if we do not receive payment by the eighth day after the end of the auction. You must notify us of any special circumstances that would delay you from meeting our payment policy requirements.

ESTIMATES
The replacement values quoted are for insurance purposes only and shall not be considered as the actual value of the item. Please remember that jewelry/gemstone evaluation, analysis and appraisals are extremely subjective, and therefore an estimate of the insurance replacement value may vary from one appraiser to another and such a variance does not necessarily constitute an error on the part of any appraiser.

WITHDRAWAL
We reserve the right to withdraw any property prior to the end of the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

INQUIRIES  
All inquiries regarding lots must be sent directly to the Seller via email and received 24 hours prior to the start of the auction.

INVOICES WILL BE SENT TO WINNING BUYERS ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE AUCTION FINISHES.

THE AUCTION HOUSE WILL BID UNTIL THE RESERVE PRICE IS PROTECTED.
