1. CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Participating and or bidding in this auction means that you acknowledge that you (the Buyer) are in complete agreement with all Terms and Conditions of this auction sale as described herein. The following Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute Eurojewelry's full and complete agreement with the Buyer relative to the property listed in this auction. As a prerequisite to participating in this auction, you acknowledge that you are bound by

2. AUCTION BIDDING
Eurojewelry offers worldwide Ebay members to join those on the actual auction floor in a real-time bidding competition online hosted by Ebay Live Auctions. The auction event occurs on a specific date and time and, if there are participants, concludes with closing bids on sold items from participating bidders (whether online members or floor bidders) until all items have been auctioned in the catalog. Items will be given lot numbers and auctioned off in chronological order in a designated catalog that will feature about 200 items per auction. All items will start at $10 (unless otherwise posted) and is live auctioned in real time bidding until it reaches a closing bid. If an Ebay member is the winner to an item, they will get notified by us within a business day that they have won & will be requested to arrange a payment for their completed transaction. Auctions on lots may or may not always conclude with a highest bidding winner, depending on whether or not there are participants and if the reserve, if any, is met. All secure transactions are made through Ebay as all listed lots are designated with an Ebay item number which will reflect in your ebay summary. To learn more about Ebay Live Auctions visit:

Potential buyers such as yourself, either do 1 of 2 things. A. They sign up registering to participate in a live bidding contest over the internet with other live bidders who have too signed up and registered to participate at the time and date when the designated catalog is featured. Or B. Potential buyers sign up as an absentee bidder; which means that they cannot make the time and or date of the auction however a high bid has been placed for the item and Ebay will automatically bid in your stead until it reaches that max high bid that you the buyer desire to set. 
The highest internet bidder acknowledged by Eurojewelry shall be the Buyer except in the case where the bid is held by a reserve not being met or if a live floor bidder present at the hosted live auction facility places a bid on the lot. All winning bidders personally guarantee the payment of the item(s) on each sale. If Eurojewelry deems that the Buyer is in default, Eurojewelry may, in its sole discretion either cancel the sale of the lot(s) and retain a 18% restocking fee of the closing bid paid by the Buyer to Eurojewelry for their failed commitment and thus also permits the resell of the lot(s) in any matter necessary. Eurojewelry reserves the right to add or withdraw items / lots to or from an auction catalog at any time prior to or after the auction without notice and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Eurojewelry reserves the right to accept or reject any bid for any reason whatsoever. Eurojewelry reserves the exclusive right to cancel an auction and immediately re-list any items up again for future live bidding. Eurojewelry does not solicit any second chance offers after an item has been closed. If you receive such a notice, please note that it is not from us and you are encouraged to take necessary precautions to forward such emails to spoof@ebay.com as it will be a fraud. Eurojewelry will not tolerate spoof emails or emails not generated through Ebay from unknown sources. We take FULL precautions on a safe and trusting Ebay experience and encourage you to do the same. 3. BUYER'S PREMIUM:
All items are subject to a 18% Buyer's Premium. The Buyer's Premium is a fee traditionally charged by auction houses on the sale of fine goods. It is added to the winning bid price and is paid by the buyer as part of the total
sale price. More specifically, auctioneers collect a premium to pay for the services in operating a live auction event
(e.g. Listing Fee's, Final Value Fee's, Vendio, Appraisals, and Expert handling of merchandise).

4. SALES TAX
Unless exempted by law, the Buyer is required to pay New York Sales Tax of 8.63% (if located within NY STATE) on the total purchase price including the Buyer's premium charge but not the shipping. Sales tax will be voided if the buyer furnishes a valid resale permit & if the merchandise is shipped out of the state of New York.

5. SHIPPING & HANDLING
Eurojewelry usually ships merchandise and processes orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. We do ship to most worldwide locations and shipping rates vary depending on total merchandise value, destination & service. Please refer to the shipping rate chart shown in any of our listings. Shipping discount on a combined package of multiple items won from the same auction will be honored. We use FedEx Air Express for domestic delivery via your choice of 2nd day or next day option. For international customers we also ship using TNT, and / or USPS as our carriers. ALL our packages are fully insured providing tracking confirmation and require adult signature upon receipt. Once your item is sent, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. Merchandise will be shipped to the name and address where the source of funds originated; unless a specified exception has been made with the customers provided address.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments generally must be made either by Certified Bank Checks, Money Orders, and Bank wires or through PayPal. We do NOT accept credit cards as a method of payment. Paypal is accepted from buyers with verified address only. We prefer E-Check payment form rather than Instant Payment, as Instant Payment charges 3% extra. Buyer will be notified within 24 hours upon winning items and will be given detailed payment instructions to complete their order.

7. ESTIMATES
The retail values quoted in each listing is considered to be the estimated value of the actual item (whether in value or in retail price) and can be figured for insurance purposes and appraisal amount. Please note that jewelry & gemstone evaluation, analysis and appraisals are extremely subjective, and therefore an estimate of the insurance replacement value may vary from one appraiser to another and such a variance does not necessarily constitute an error on the part of any appraiser. A certified jeweler’s appraisal can be issued for each item purchased upon buyer’s specific request.

8. GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY
We run a reputable business on Ebay of selling the finest quality brand name Jewelry and Wristwatches at astoundingly low bargain prices as we are honest veteran sellers who have been in the business for over 20 years and hold strict policies as well as Ebay not to tolerate with fraudulent merchandise. We take great pride in customer satisfaction as a happy experience is all the more rewarding. All our items are genuine, 100% authentic and/or as described in our listing. Eurojewelry takes full responsibility as to the description of each listed item. As an auction house we must keep track of hundreds of items in stock, and to every item we do as much research as we can to obtain as much information on the product made available for them, sometimes we are off by the least significance of margins but we always guarantee 2 main things and they are: 1. Authenticity on all our items and 2. Liability to the conditions described on the listings. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, as we stand fully behind all our merchandise, should you feel unsatisfied with your purchase; you can return the item within 3 days from receiving it for a refund (minus the 18% buyers premium and the paid shipping). Full refunds will ONLY be honored if the item is NOT as described in the listing and in its ORIGINAL condition that it was sent. A 18% restocking fee on your wining bid will remain applicable for all canceled commitments. Rest assured that you may bid with total confidence, as customer satisfaction is guaranteed. 
To receive a refund you must return your merchandise to us within 3 days after you receive it. You must properly pack the merchandise and include the original jewelry gift pouch/box, jewelry tag, copy of the receipt and certified jewelers appraisal (if applicable). We must be able to track merchandise being returned so merchandise must be returned via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and it must be fully insured. Merchandise must also be returned undamaged and in its original condition. We will generally issue a refund by way of your payment made within 3 BUSINESS DAYS after we receive the returned merchandise. Restocking fees, shipping fees, insurance fees, 18% buyer's premiums are not refunded unless Eurojewelry is held responsible for the reason of return.

9. FEEDBACK
It is unreasonable for anyone to leave Negative Feedback considering that we have a ''Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed'' policy. Our reputation and your complete satisfaction are extremely important to us. ''Positive Feedback'' is always encouraged and greatly appreciated. If you leave us Positive Feedback, we will promptly provide you the same. Negative or Neutral Feedback is highly discouraged. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please bring the matter to our attention before leaving a feedback. Further, please allow us the opportunity to remedy any adverse situation. If you provide us with Negative or Neutral Feedback, you will automatically receive the same in return if we disagree. Our aim is to 'find a happy resolution' rather than resort to negative comments against each other. Please review eBay's Feedback Rules before resorting to leaving negative feedback. We expect that if you participate in our auction you will adhere to all of our terms conditions, conditions, rules and policies.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Should a dispute occur between Eurojewelry and the Buyer that cannot be resolved internally, then the disputing party is held liable to the fees that may apply with using an impartial mediator such as SquareTrade to resolve the matter in dispute. If you leave Negative or Neutral Feedback against us and we do not agree, then you automatically and irrevocably agree to consent to SquareTrade or eBay’s feedback removal service to mediate the disputed Negative or Neutral Feedback, with the final result rendered by SquareTrade or eBay being binding between the parties.

11. NON-PAYING BIDDERS
Bidding on eBay is a binding contract and the buyer takes full responsibility to honor their obliged commitments. Failure to do so will lead to a negative feedback and to your suspension from Ebay. Eurojewelry must receive payment within 7 days from the end of auction. If payment is not received and your contact is not made within the
7 days, you will be in default for breach of contract and your right to the item(s) will automatically be forfeited. Eurojewelry will then file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert to eBay (which will result in you being suspended indefinitely from eBay) if we do not receive payment by the eighth day after the end of the auction. Furthermore we carry the right to report all non paying bidders and give their account information to a law firm for collection which can also ruin your credit. You must notify us of any special circumstances that would delay you from meeting our payment policy requirements. Please do not bid if you do not intend to honor your bid.

12. VERIFICATION
Eurojewelry trusts all prospective bidders in knowing what they are purchasing. Your bidding will acknowledge that you have verified the items and terms listed are to your satisfaction. If you are uncertain about any item being auctioned, we strongly recommend that you contact us for more detailed information prior to bidding.
