AUCTION STARTING TIME
The auction will start at 1:00 PM, EST on Saturday, May 24, 2008. There will be no intermission. We will sell approximately 100 lots per hour.

The auction will be held at the Ramada Plaza Hotel (formerly the Midwest Hotel and Conference Center), 4900 Sinclair Road, I-71 and Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio. AUCTIONEER
Stuart Holman, Auctioneer, State of Ohio.

GUARANTEE
All property is sold  AS IS  and neither we nor the Consignor make any warranties or representation of the correctness of the catalog or other description of the physical condition, year, size, quality, rarity, provenance or importance of the property and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written shall be deemed such a warranty or representation.  All sizes listed are approximate.  Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, year and whether or not it has been repaired or restored.

BUYERS PREMIUM
On the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer.  The buyer will then be required by law to pay the full purchase price plus a premium of 20 percent (20%) of that purchase price.

REMOVAL OF PROPERTY & SHIPPING
The purchaser must remove all property from the premises no later than 12:00 noon on Sunday, May 25, 2008.  We may, at our discretion, as a service to buyers, arrange to have purchased lots packed, insured, and forwarded at the expense and risk of the buyer.  We assume no responsibility for the acts of omission in such packaging or shipping by us or other packers or carriers.

Special shipping arrangements can be made only by The Last Moving Picture Company at (440) 256-3660.  Your bill will include normal shipping, insurance, and a $10 fee per package or tube.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Cash (In House Only), certified checks, and traveler's checks are the preferred methods of payment. If you wish to pay with personal check for an amount over $1000, you must request a Letter of Guarantee  from an officer of your bank, or the check must be personally guaranteed by Morris Everett Jr. or Marty Davis.

Credit cards and Paypal may also be used for purchases.

SALES TAX
As required by the state,  Ohio sales tax (8.25 percent) is charged on all purchases, unless the purchaser has completed a tax exemption form with a proper tax identification number.

ABSENTEE BIDDING
If you are unable to attend this auction, you may submit bids by using the Absentee Bid Form provided online, or by placing a bid via our web site. Bidding on the web site will close at 11:59 PM EST, Friday, May 23, 2008. You may also place bids by fax at (440) 256-3431 until 4:00 PM EST, Friday, May 23, 2008. We will make every effort to represent clients who are unable to attend the sale, but will not be responsible for any error to execute bids. Credit must be established prior to mail and fax bidding unless the buyer is known to us. A premium of 20 percent (20%) of the successful bid price will be added to the total price.

INTERNET BIDDING
Internet bidding will be available for all lots during the auction. Further information about how to bid live over the Internet will be available at our web site. Please note we are not responsible for bids received over the Internet which are not executed as quickly as live bids. Prior to bidding via the Internet you should be sure that your computer and Internet connection are in proper working order. The auction will not be stopped to accommodate Internet bidders with technical problems. Successful bids received over the Internet during the auction will be charged a 20% buyer's premium regardless of the method of payment (this does not apply to absentee bids left on our website before the auction).  Internet bidding is handled by Ebay's Live Auction system and as such we can not be responsible for incorrect bids placed by their system.  You will be invoiced for the amount you bid through Ebay.  If you have problems with a bid, please contact Ebay's support directly.

ESTIMATES
The estimates provided are intended as a guide to bidding.  The figures are based on recent values.  A bid between the listed figures would, in our opinion, have a fair chance of success (at the time this catalog was prepared).  The estimates are exclusive of the Buyer's Premium and may be revised at any time prior to the auction.  Estimates include linen-backing and/or restoration values.

LOT NUMBERS
Each item or group of items has been assigned a lot number for the auction.  Unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer, all bids are per lot as numbered in the catalog.

BIDDER REGISTRATION
All persons attending the auction must obtain a bidding number if they wish to be recognized as bidders.  If bids cannot be made in person or by an agent, they can be made by mail or telephone, and such bids will be executed without additional charge.  Absentee registration must be completed by 4:00 PM EST on Friday, May 23, 2008.

CONDITION
Every effort has been made to accurately describe the material in a consistent manner.  As these ratings are subjective, prospective buyers should inspect all material carefully before placing a bid.  Each item has been rated according to the following scale:

Condition A: Mint or near mint, like new with fresh coloring and no significant restoration.  Normal touch-up at the folds.

Condition B: Very good condition, with minor imperfections, possible minimal restoration in background, folds, or less significant areas.

Condition C: Good to fair condition, with some noticeable restoration, possible holes, replaced corners, some fading, paper loss, dirt, tape, tears, etc.
*Pluses (+) and minuses (-) reflect degrees of variation of listed conditions.

Call for specific descriptions or any further questions.  Please note, unrestored posters with significant fold separation or soiling that are graded as condition B would, with proper mounting and restoration, become legitimate condition A or A- posters.

Pictures in the catalog and on the website should not be used to evaluate the condition of any piece as various attributes of the items, including colors, cannot always be reflected accurately by our photography and printing equipment.  Items are sold as is.

Still lots may include both originals and re-releases and some may be copies or restrikes.  If you have interest in a particular lot please make arrangements to inspect it in person prior to the auction in Kirtland or Columbus.
